The Client Organisation subscribing/ using our Platform/ Product/ Services is exclusively responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws. Digital Darwin's role is strictly limited to the secure storage and processing of data on behalf of the Client Organisation.

Personal Data: Managed exclusively by the Client Organisation, and may include:

Usage Data: Automatically stored data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, pages visited, visit duration, and other diagnostic data.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Digital Darwin uses Cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, secure sessions, and improve service functionalities.
Use of Anonymised Data
Digital Darwin may use fully anonymised (completely de-identified) data to continuously enhance the Platform, including training and improving our AI and Machine Learning features. Such anonymised data does not identify any individual user or client organisation.

We may share anonymised data or data provided by the Client Organisation under the following circumstances:
With Service Providers to facilitate and analyze Platform usage

Digital Darwin securely retains data only for the duration necessary to fulfill contractual obligations with the Client Organisation. Client may keep copies of data stored in Platform for any legal Data Retention requirements. To this end we are happy to assist and request you to please write to us at undersigned Email ID. Usage data may be retained briefly unless needed for security improvements or legal obligations.
Data Transfer and Security
Data stored on the Platform may be transferred and processed in locations outside your jurisdiction. Digital Darwin implements rigorous security measures to protect all data. However, no electronic storage or internet transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Our Platform is not intended for users under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly store data from individuals under 13 unless verified parental consent is provided by the Client Organisation. If such data is identified, it will be promptly deleted.
